Your privacy, protected
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), your health information is treated as special personal information. We only collect what we need to care for you, we keep it secure and stored in South Africa, and we never share it without a lawful reason. You can ask to see, correct, or remove your information at any time. Clinical messages and marketing are kept separate — you opt in to each.
When the digital intake opens, you’ll record your consent with a timestamp, and we’ll keep a record you can revisit.
